I am planning for a project of livlihoods with an ngo. The objective is to provide good but affordable food?
Question Details: Affordable food project is for the underprivilaged or construction labour. Secondly it other objective is to create employment and generate profit for the underpriviledged community. Can anyone help to get a ready format of business plan, reports, operation strategy of kitchen and supplies, problem resolution etc. in short can anyone teach me how to make a business plan step by step and follow it for effcient operations and make a success story. I would like to discuss it in personal if someone is interested to share ideas. I would prefer some experienced person who has done such work in past or an MBA with experience in busines modelling.

it is for a dormitory business.you might say that colleges and universities provide dorms.yes they do.but here in the philippines some have dormitory business.and i said simple.because i won’t really make a business.it’s just my project in one of my subjects now.simple because i’m just a hs senior student.thank you in advance.
