Charging people admission to play in your card room is generally not a viable business model.

You could run contests and charge entry fees, with the winner of the contest getting a prize (like cash), but make sure that whatever prize you offer doesn’t cost more than you make in entry fees.

A better way is to offer booster packs and single cards for whatever game (Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh, Pokemon) you’re running a tournament for. That’s what most comic and game shops do; the space is free, but the cards cost money. You could also extend this by selling drinks and snacks to your players.
