Business Plans

I have an idea for villas, small restaurant, meeting/reception areas, etc to be located on 25 acres of current farm land. I need to know more about how to go about the business plan, zoning needs, things to consider, financing, etc. I have found no good references so far.

Ive done the work and put together a good business plan.

Before you anyone links me to a business plan site, please listen.

All i want to know is what type of format should i present it in. I.E, Double spaced? Type of paper? Should i include images with text or keep it seperate?

I have recently produced a business plan of which has won the Division 1 Australian National award. I now want to produce the business, but lack funds as i am only 17 years old and our farm is in drought hence we have little $. Does anyone have ways/ideas I could raise/earn $700,000 within a few months other than a bank loan!?

I am looking for samples and examples of business plans with explanation of details given.

I’m pursuing the development of a concept for a large, content heavy dot com start up, basically an answers and research site, and need to know what best things to consider, from all angles, including technology infrastructure, legal, budgetary, insurance, best filing status, marketing, organizational charts, etc. I’m only looking for successful plans representing web properties that have succeeded. Does anyone know where I can find even one?

Arts and humanities: Women should have equal opportunities in federal posts and equal access to arts grants.

Battered women: A national clearinghouse must be created to support local organizations helping battered women and working to prevent domestic violence.

Business: More government contracts to women-owned businesses, which numbered less than one percent in 1977.

Child abuse: More prevention, treatment and protective services.
