Business Plans

I have an idea for a product/service. It is a simple idea that isn’t really patentable but from all of my research would be a huge hit. It wouldn’t really work as a local business and that is the part that is overwhelming. It would be easiest to start on a website but it would have to go national fairly quickly before someone else steals my idea. That obviously would involve significant money and assistance for someone with no business experience. Are consultants available?

I have a business idea, it is all typed up in the proper business plan format and I am ready to propose the idea to some investors. However, I would like to protect my idea so that they cannot go off and start it on their own. If its just the business plan would I patent or copyright??? What is the difference?? How would I go about getting the patent/copyright??

Is there an auction website for business plans for investors?
someone told me of a site where you post your business idea or plan and investors bid on the idea. like the ebay of business plans. haha anyone know what i’m talking about?
