Normally you will present your proposal to a lending institution or perhaps a venture capital firm; however, you can pitch your plan to private investors… which could be your best approach. Bottom line: What’s more important than the business plan is YOU. You will have to sell to others the idea that you are worth the kind of money you’re looking to borrow.
